Privacy Policy
Last updated: 15 October 2026. MIDNOS uses information you choose to provide to respond to enquiries and deliver requested website checks. This notice describes the current website functionality and should be reviewed against the final legal entity and applicable laws.
Information we collect
Contact forms may collect your name, email address, company, website, market and message. Website checks collect your name, email address and the public URL you submit. Our checker fetches publicly accessible page information and saves a private WordPress record of the report, score and submitted contact details for follow-up and internal review.
How we use information
We use submitted information to produce your requested audit, respond to enquiries, improve website services and protect the checker against misuse. A short-lived technical rate-limit identifier based on the requesting IP address may be stored. We do not automatically subscribe website-check users to marketing emails.
Hosting and third parties
Our WordPress hosting provider and enabled plugins may process technical request data, including IP addresses and cookies, as necessary to operate the site. When a website check runs, the target website may log the audit request. Analytics and embedded services may have separate data practices and cookies.
Retention and your choices
Submitted enquiries and audit records are retained for business follow-up until reviewed or removed under applicable policies. To request access, correction or deletion of your information, use our contact page. Rights and retention obligations depend on applicable law.
Updates
We may update this notice as the website and its services evolve. This policy should be reviewed by the business before launch on its permanent domain.
